$25 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. We accept cash, paypal and card/tap.
If youโre running more than 10 minutes late, a $10 fee applies, and your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Appointments rescheduled after 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% of service charge unless contacted directly.
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved and lost income due to the missed session.
If the card on file is declined, you will no longer be able to book online. Future appointments must be made directly with a staff member and will require a new deposit.
Refunds arenโt available after services. If thereโs an issue, please reach out within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment.
